I was there yesterday for the first time in about ten years. I thought that the service was chaotic, the staff was rude, and that it was a hassle for my wife and I to even pay for our meals on one bill. Personally I found the staff to be be quite short with me and a little condescending - and my wife's order was poorly put together. We thought of leaving a complaint, however we really just wanted to eat and leave. We tried our best to laugh of the ordeal, however we won't be back - there is more than one place to get a good sandwich in St. John's.

I go to Manna because the food is delicious. I especially like the sandwiches. They are prepared in front of you so you know exactly what you are getting.. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The eating area is clean and bright. People who go to Manna enjoy the relaxed atmosphere which makes conversation easy and comfortable. From the moment you enter you are assailed by aromas and you can see the racks of crusty bread hot from the oven on the racks. The baker waves and the Manna experience begins. Days that start at Manna just start right!

Christopher, I wanted to send you a note to thank you so much for the wonderful cake. My son was totally surprised and had no idea where it came from ! He said it was so huge and loaded with icing and was just awesome !!!! He really enjoyed and all the guys in the hanger loved it. Thanks so much for your great service. Jeep TRAIL RATED SANDWICHES...with Rusty and Rob on the way to CB for SledNecks! I cant remember what was in those sandwiches, but, they were the best EVER! Craziest drive to the West Coast in the gnarliest storm...good times! Great food!

Love the sandwiches - the curried chicken and the breaded chicken breast are to die for!!! Please make more breaded chicken because the last few times I was in you were all out, but I must add that there are plenty of second favorites.

Chris, great website, clear and easy to read. maybe some of the blue in the marquee would be nice.
