We require our bakers be experienced, and familiar with scratch baking of a wide range of specialty breads, sweets, cakes and other dessert items.
Our Bakers are the core of our bakery, foodservice and retail environment. The positions involve providing products with no quality compromise, and for which production is completely done from individual ingredients and in small batches, to ensure customers receive only the freshest of products.
With more and more people demanding products that cater to highly specific dietary and allergy concerns, our Bakers must be able to adapt our regular recipes, to meet specific customer needs.
Successful members of our professional staff will find it necessary for them to participate in purchasing, production planning and new product development.
These positions are full time, with a work schedule that will require a rotation of work schedules, through early mornings, late evenings and would require work availability through each of the 7 days in each week.
